• Nickname: Sam, Sammy. When Sam was very young, family friend, Albert MacVilla began calling him Sammy The Bull. The name stuck for a while.

• Music: Piano: Rotterdam, NY. Sam began taking piano lessons at the age of 6. His grandmother, Barbara DiCocco, bought him a Yamaha piano to practice on.
