• Confirmation, May 1934, Mt. Carmel Church, Schenectady, NY. Afterwards, had studio pictures taken, then went home to have dinner with family and friends. Godmother gave her a beautiful ring with Alice's birthstone. Also, received a wristwatch, but discovered she had a metal allergy.

• God Father: James Parisi, Mar 1927. James was a barber. Good family friend. God mother was James' sister. James had a daughter, but she passed away at 1 month old. Alice was a pallbearer, but was only 4 years old.

• God Mother: Connie Parisi, Mar 1927. God father was Connie's brother.

• Graduation: Mont Pleasant High School, 1943, Mont Pleasant High School Gym. During WWII. They had no dance due to the war. Classmates were being drafted. They held a banquet in cafeteria after graduation ceremony. Family celebrated.

• Retirement, 1970, HS Barney Co. HS Barney was a retail department store located at 101 State Street in Schenectady, NY. Upon retirement, management at HS Barney gave her a top-of-the-line washer and dryer.

• Namesake: Allesio DiCocco. Allesio was Alice's step-grandfather. He was the second husband of Philomena Bruno(Ferro)

• Employment: HS Barney and Wade Tours. After retiring from HS Barney, Alice worked for Wade Tours, a local bus tour company.

• Military Service: (USO), 1944. Alice was Miss Goddess of Time in 1944 representing the HS Barney Co. to sell war bonds for the USO

• Residence: 434 3rd Street, Schenectady, NY, April, 1941 until 1979. After 1979, lived in Esquire Apartments, Rotterdam, NY.
Then, she lived with her neice, Elena, in Latham, NY.
Then, she lived with her nephew, John, in Rotterdam.

Later, she would spend her time split between her brothers, John and Bob. John, who lived in NY, would get her for the summer and she would winter with Bob, who lived in Texas.

Alice married Thomas Charles Vokins on Jun 14, 1950 in Immaculate Conception, Broad St., Schenectady, Ny. (Thomas Charles Vokins was born on Nov 20, 1921 in Mufford Street, Schenectady, New York, died on May 5, 1982 and was buried in West Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson, New York.)
